Who we are

fourhomeliving.com is operated by Bellwether-Pacific LLC, which sells plumbing repair parts under the FourHome brand. Contact: info@bellwether-pacific.com.

What we collect

• Orders: when you buy on this site, you enter your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and payment details on a checkout page hosted by Stripe. We receive your order details and contact information. We never see or store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, such as a quote request or a photo of your old part.
• Site usage: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful. It uses cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send order and tracking emails, handle returns, answer questions, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to process payments.
• Amazon's fulfillment network, which receives your name, shipping address and phone number to deliver your order.
• Google Analytics, for site usage statistics.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

YouTube API Services

FourHome publishes its own how-to videos to its YouTube channel, FourHome (@fourhome_living), with an internal tool, FourHome Social Publisher, that uses YouTube API Services. By using our YouTube channel or any feature that relies on YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• Who signs in: only the owner of the FourHome channel signs in to the tool through Google. No visitor or other YouTube user signs in to it.
• What it accesses: the FourHome channel's own videos, thumbnails, playlists, view, like and comment counts, and the comments posted on our videos (commenter display name, channel ID and comment text).
• How we use it: to upload and publish our videos, measure how they perform, and reply to or moderate comments on our videos. We do not use YouTube data for advertising and we do not sell it.
• Storage: sign-in tokens and activity logs stay on the company's own computer. Comments are read when the tool runs and are not stored, except our own replies in our activity log. Apart from the IDs and links of our own uploads and replies, we do not keep YouTube data for more than 30 days.
• Sharing: we do not share YouTube data with anyone other than Google.
• Revoking access: access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page. When access is revoked, we delete the stored tokens and any YouTube data we hold within 7 days.
• Deletion requests: if you commented on one of our videos and want information about you removed from our records, email info@bellwether-pacific.com. We will delete it within 7 days.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
