What's the minimum order quantity?
10 units per SKU. Mix any combination of SKUs across your order — each SKU's pricing tier is calculated on its own line quantity.
How fast do orders ship?
Tiers 1–3 (10–100 units) ship small-parcel with a 10-day guarantee from the date payment clears. Tier 4 (100+ units) ships on a 60-day factory lead with LCL pallet, 20HQ, or 40HQ container options.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card for orders under $5,000. Wire or ACH for larger orders, with 50% deposit on container-load purchases. Credit terms available after your first two orders — ask us.
Are these parts OEM or aftermarket?
OEM-compatible aftermarket. Same alloy spec and machining tolerances as the OEM parts — manufactured in the same industrial cluster that produces parts for several major brands. Not affiliated with or endorsed by any OEM.
Can I request a custom SKU or private label?
Yes — private label and custom packaging available at 500+ unit container orders. Email info@bellwether-pacific.com with your spec.
How do returns work on pallet orders?
Defective units swapped 1-for-1 at our cost for 90 days from delivery. Non-defective returns aren't accepted on wholesale orders — request samples before ordering at volume.
