Take off one handle and the bonnet and lift the cartridge out. Match a black plastic cartridge about 2-3/4 in. long with a brass-tipped splined stem, a hex top and a two-port base. A cartridge with a blue seal at the base and a threaded brass retainer nut is the 15mm centerset style, a different part.
One or both handles drip, weep around the base, turn stiff or will not shut off fully. Hot and cold cartridges age together, so rebuilding both sides at once saves a second visit.

The packaging marks each cartridge hot or cold. Do one side at a time.
