Will it fit?
Fits
- Delta two-handle lavatory, centerset and widespread faucets, 2006 and later
- Delta two-handle kitchen faucets that used RP25513 or RP24096
- Delta two-handle tub and shower faucets that used RP25513
Not compatible with
- Delta single-handle faucets
- Delta Monitor tub and shower valves
- Delta RP50587 or RP19804 cartridges
- Pre-2006 two-handle stems (RP1740 pattern)
Is this your part?
Pull the handle and the bonnet nut and lift the stem out. The RP25513 stem is just under 2 in. tall with a splined polymer broach, and a small rubber seat cup and spring sit under it in the valve body. Faucets built before 2006 take the RP1740 stem, which has a different broach.
When to replace it
The spout drips with the handle closed, water weeps around the handle base, or the handle has gone gritty or loose. The stem, seat and spring cause nearly every two-handle Delta leak, and all three are in this kit.
