| Universal lift-rod pop-up stopper (5 in. long, 1-3/8 in. cap) | Danco 80418 |
Look under the sink. The right drain has a lift rod behind the faucet and a pivot rod entering the back of the drain body. Your old stopper pulls straight up once the pivot rod nut is loosened and has a slotted strap on its shaft. The cap measures about 1-3/8 in. across.
The basin will not hold water, drains too slowly, the stopper sits crooked or sticks halfway open, or the rim has cracked or corroded. The drain body is usually fine: the stopper is the part that wears out.
